This is Winston Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina, and the location of one of the most sophisticated Municipal Public Transportation (BUS) Systems in America. It's called the Winston Salem Transit Authority, (W. S. T. A.).
I'm from Wilmington, Delaware, and I've toured all over America, and I've seen many municipal public bus systems, but none that I have seen compare with this. In a word this is fabulous...

My home town "...leaders..." will do very well to see this system and take a lesson from it...
In Wilmington, Delaware the system that transports us around the area of New Castle County, and the city of Wilmington have been systematically taking our fares and "lining someone's pockets."

Today when the Heat or cold is on there is no relief or shelter from the elements while waiting in Rodney Square for a connection to the suburbs...
